Ingredients:

Small potatoes

Salt

Black pepper

Cooking cream

Grated Parmesan cheese

The steak:

Beef tenderloin steak or flattened steak cuts

Apple cider vinegar

Black pepper

Coarse salt

Olive oil

Onion

Fresh mushrooms

Method:

Slice peeled potatoes into thin rounds. Season with salt and pepper, then place in muffin cups. Pour a bit of cream over them and sprinkle Parmesan, then bake at 180°C for 40 minutes.

Earlier, marinate the steak in apple cider vinegar and black pepper for at least an hour. Pan-fry in a splash of olive oil, season with a pinch of coarse salt and black pepper, and remove when done.

In the same pan, sauté onion and fresh mushrooms over low heat until their juices caramelize, then fold them into the steak.

Serve the potato gratin boats with the steak alongside a green salad.
