4 apples2 eggs100 g sugar300 g fat-free labneh200 ml heavy cream1 sachet custard powder

Topping

25 g butter50 g honey1 tbsp sugar1 tbsp milk75 g blanched sliced almonds

Step 1

Mix the flour with the salt and sugar. Cut the room-temperature butter into small pieces and rub it into the dry ingredients.
