Marinade

1/4 cup soy sauce1 tablespoon garlic powder1/2 teaspoon ground gingera light pinch of salt (soy sauce is salty)1/4 cup red vinegar1/4 cup vegetable oil2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce2 tablespoons steak sauce (optional)

Mushroom sauce

vegetable oil1 tablespoon mustard seeds (medium spoon)2 tablespoons buttermushrooms, canned or fresh2 tablespoons flour2 cups beef stockor2 cups water + 2 tablespoons powdered milkpinch of nutmegblack peppera pinch of salt
