Ingredients:

Preparation Method:

Whisk the yogurt with the egg and cornstarch while cold. Place over the heat and stir constantly until the yogurt mixture comes to a boil. In a skillet, sauté the chopped fresh coriander with the crushed garlic in a little oil or ghee. Add them to the yogurt, add the salt, and continue stirring, then add the raw kibbeh patties and reduce the heat. Let the kibbeh in yogurt simmer over low heat for half an hour.
