A package of ready-made rolls or samosa wrappers

To seal the rolls when closing them

1 tablespoon flour with a little water

Cheese roll filling

200 g halloumi cheese200 g feta cheese1 tablespoon finely chopped parsley2 green onion stalks or half a small dry onion3 tablespoons olive oilA pinch of white pepperA pinch of dried oregano or thymeA pinch of dried basil

Vegetable roll filling

1 small red cabbage1/4 small white cabbage1/4 kg carrots1 large dry onionVegetable oil1/2 small cup soy sauceA pinch of black pepper

Cheese rolls

Wash and drain the halloumi and grate it. In another bowl crumble the feta with a fork, then add the halloumi on top. Add the finely chopped green onion, parsley, olive oil, herbs and spices and mix well.In a small bowl, mix 1 tablespoon flour with a little water to get a paste similar to thick tarator; use it to seal the rolls after rolling them.

Note
