Ingredients:

a bunch of green onions

\r\n

Qurs Anah herb

\r\n

3 red tomatoes

\r\n

2 tablespoons fine bulgur

\r\n

a pinch of sumac

\r\n

juice of 1 lemon

\r\n

salt

\r\n

1 teaspoon pomegranate molasses

\r\n

1 tablespoon olive oil

\r\n \r\n \r\n

Preparation:

\r\n

Wash the vegetables well and dry them thoroughly.

\r\n

Chop the vegetables finely and place them in a deep bowl. Place the fine bulgur in a side cup with water to puff slightly before adding to the tabbouleh

\r\n

Add lemon juice, salt, pomegranate molasses and olive oil to the Qurs Anah tabbouleh. Add the bulgur after it absorbs the water.

\r\n

Serve the tabbouleh immediately after mixing, noting that you can increase or decrease the amount of lemon juice, salt and olive oil to taste.
