How to Make Mini Medlouka or Medlouka Cups

A wonderful recipe and a new, creative way to serve medlouka. You can make mini medlouka with an open top or seal it to look like babka ram, and in either case it looks very elegant for serving guests.

Put the butter or ghee in a wide pan over the heat and add the fine semolina, stirring for a while; then add the syrup and stir, then add the water and pistachios — you can add 1 cup or 1/2 cup pistachios according to taste.
