Shrimp curry... one of the tastiest recipes — try it; curry flavor is delicious with all proteins

Ingredients:

5 cloves garlic 2 onions 1 cup chopped tomatoes 1 cup coconut cream 1 tablespoon curry powder 1 teaspoon sweet paprika powder 1 teaspoon turmeric 1 tablespoon hot chili powder, or to taste 1 teaspoon ginger 1 teaspoon dried coriander 1 teaspoon black pepper Shrimp, peeled, cleaned and drained Sesame oil + 2 tablespoons coconut oil or Olive oil 1/2 cup fresh cilantro, chopped Method:

Sauté or fry the finely chopped onion in the oil until soft.
Add the crushed garlic and stir, then add the spices and stir.
Add the chopped tomatoes and cook until softened, then add the coconut cream and let the mixture simmer over medium heat for 15 minutes until the sauce thickens.
Quickly fry the shrimp until it only changes color in a little sesame oil, then set aside.
Place the shrimp on the sauce for just 6 minutes so the shrimp does not dry out or become rubbery.
Sprinkle the chopped cilantro over the shrimp curry when serving.
Serve the shrimp curry with white rice.
