Shrimp with curry and cream is an unconventional, new recipe that's worth trying! It's nice for a change.

1 kg shrimp, washed and cleaned

2 cups cream 1 small onion 2 cloves minced garlic

1 teaspoon curry powder 1 green bell pepper

1 red bell pepper, finely chopped

Pinch of ground sweet red pepper (paprika)

Pinch of black pepper

Pinch of dried basil

Salt

Pinch of white pepper

1 teaspoon tomato paste 1 cup water

2 tablespoons vegetable oil

Finely chop the onion, green bell pepper, and red bell pepper.
Mince the garlic and add it to the ingredients. Place all ingredients in a pot with vegetable oil. Sauté the onion, garlic, and peppers until softened.
Add the shrimp and sauté well with the onion and garlic for about 5 minutes.
Add the herbs and spices and sauté the ingredients together for a while.
* Add the cream and stir the mixture well, then add 1 tablespoon of tomato paste dissolved in 1 cup of water.
Let the mixture boil for 5 minutes, then reduce the heat.
After 5 minutes, add salt and a pinch of white pepper.
Serve shrimp with curry and cream immediately while hot with cooked rice.
