Coating the chicken

2 cups ground breadcrumbs2 eggs + a pinch of white pepper + a pinch of vinegar

Garlic sauce

1 egg white3 garlic cloves1/2 teaspoon salt1/4 cup oilA small squeeze of lemonA pinch of vinegar1 heaped tablespoon labnehGrind the garlic with the salt, then add the egg white, lemon, vinegar, and labneh and whisk at high speedStart adding the oil in a thin stream while whisking

Wash the chicken with vinegar and lemon, a sprinkle of flour, and salt.. then rinse with water and let it drain.
