Easy Chocolate Cake — Ingredients: 4 eggs

1 cup sugar200 g softened butter2 tablespoons apricot jam1 cup milk2 1/2 cups flour2 tablespoons cocoa powderJuice of half a sour lemon.Juice of 1 orange.Lemon zestOrange zest1 teaspoon vanilla extract2 1/2 teaspoons baking powderAleppo pistachios for garnish

To make the chocolate sauce

1/2 chocolate bara small tub of crème fraîche (for desserts)Break the chocolate bar into pieces and melt it in a double boiler — i.e., place the bowl of chocolate over a pot of boiling water. Add one can of crème fraîche to the melted chocolate and whisk them with an electric mixer. Put the sauce in the refrigerator for at least one hour until cool.

Beat the eggs with the vanilla extract using an electric mixer, then add the lemon and orange zest. Add the sugar and continue beating for about ten minutes, until the mixture has doubled in volume and the sugar is fully dissolved.
