Ingredients:

2 potatoes

2 carrots

2 onions

1 chicken bouillon cube

Preparation:

Peel the potatoes and cut them into cubes. Do the same with the carrots and only one onion cut into cubes.

Put 3 cups of water on the stove and add the bouillon cube. Add the potatoes, then the carrots, and finally the onion and garlic.

Let the vegetables simmer on low heat until tender. Add the powdered milk dissolved in half a cup of water. Blend or mash the ingredients to your preferred texture, either fully smooth or with some chunks left.

Separately, fry the second onion sliced to your liking until golden, then add it to the soup mixture.
