Tray-baked grilled kabab ... one of the practical recipes we recommend if you need something quick to prepare

Half a kilo finely minced meat

1 small onion, finely minced

A few sprigs coriander, finely minced

1/2 tsp salt, or to taste

1/4 tsp paprika

1/4 tsp black pepper

1/4 tsp seven-spice blend

1/4 tsp dried coriander

A pinch of chili powder

1 small spoon tomato paste

1 sweet pepper, chopped

1 onion, cut into wedges

1 tomato, chopped

1 hot chili pepper, optional

1 cup water

Mix the kabab meat with the finely minced onion, minced coriander, salt, spices, and tomato paste, then knead well until the mixture is combined.
Shape the meat and place it in the tray, then grill the kabab pieces on the stovetop from both sides so the moisture dries out.
Top with chopped sweet pepper, tomato, a hot chili pepper, onion wedges, and water.
Cover the tray with aluminum foil and bake in a preheated oven on both top and bottom heat at 180°C for 20 minutes.
