3 1/2 cups flour2 tbsp powdered milk1 tbsp sugar1 tbsp instant yeast1 tbsp plain yogurt1 tsp baking powder1/2 cup corn oil (or vegetable oil)A pinch of salt1 tbsp butter at room temperatureAbout 1 1/4 cups warm milk (adjust depending on the flour)

Filling

1/2 block butter, melted1/2 cup powdered sugar2 tbsp ground cinnamon1 tbsp cocoa powderChopped walnuts (optional)

Topping

Step 1

Mix the dry ingredients, then gradually add the yogurt, oil and warm milk, adjusting the milk amount based on the flour. Knead well.
