Crab salad is one of the tastiest rich salads, especially with avocado. It can accompany meat dishes, chicken, and pizza, or stand alone as a satisfying and wholesome dinner.

Ingredients:

Lettuce Cucumber Sweet green pepper Avocado Corn Crab or crab sticks, sliced or cut into pieces Dressing: 2 tablespoons mayonnaise 1 1/2 cups buttermilk 2 cloves garlic, crushed Pinch of salt

Method:

Wash the vegetables and let them drain well.
Roughly chop the lettuce and spread it in a serving platter.
Slice the cucumber into half-moons and distribute over the lettuce.
Cut the sweet pepper into thin, medium-length strips and add them over the salad.
Cut the avocado lengthwise into slices and arrange them over the salad as well.
Top with the crab and finally the corn.
Whisk the dressing ingredients together and place them in a deep bowl or cup to spoon over the salad when serving. You can also drizzle it over the vegetables and serve the salad immediately.Note: You can add any other vegetables you like, such as carrots cut into thin lengthwise strips or fresh mushrooms, and more...
