2 packs Digestive biscuits2 tablespoons butter, at room temperature1 tablespoon honey

1 sachet raspberry jelly (gelatin substitute)400 ml whipping cream3 tablespoons powdered sugar1/4 teaspoon vanilla400 ml cream cheese1 container qishta cream, for Western dessertsRaspberries or cranberry jam

Grind the biscuits well, then add the butter and honey and knead them together
