Lemon and honey chicken — from the name it sounds very tasty :)

Ingredients:

1 kg chicken breasts 1 cup all-purpose flour 1/2 cup cornstarch Mixed sweet bell peppers 1 onion 1 small cup soy sauce 1 tablespoon honey 1 tablespoon tomato paste or sauce 3 cloves garlic, crushed 1 tablespoon grated ginger 1 cup orange juice Sesame oil, if available

Method:

Cut the chicken into cubes or strips and coat them with the flour and cornstarch mixture.
Deep-fry them in hot oil until cooked through and golden.
Prepare the sauce: sauté the garlic and ginger in a little oil; when softened add the soy sauce and orange juice and stir.
Add the honey and tomato paste.
When the sauce comes to a boil, add the fried chicken, sliced colored peppers and the onion; simmer for about 5 minutes.
Serve the lemon and honey chicken with white rice.
