Filling

Butter for brushing the dough250 g ground walnuts100 g peeled almonds, finely ground1 tablespoon cinnamon2 tablespoons granulated sugar3 tablespoons powdered sugar

Topping

Apricot jamSugar icing (a little powdered sugar + 3 tablespoons liquid milk or as needed + a squeeze of lemon)
