1 can sweetened condensed milk2 and 1/2 cups milk3 1/2 tablespoons cornstarch1 egg yolk1 teaspoon vanillaLemon zestOrange zest1 container clotted cream

How to make the filling

In a saucepan over the heat, add the sweetened condensed milk, milk, and cornstarch. Mix well so the cornstarch does not clump, then add the egg yolk, vanilla, orange zest, and lemon zest.Bring the mixture to a gentle simmer until it thickens and sets, then turn off the heat and add the container of clotted cream. Mix well.

Final glaze

In a pan over the heat, combine 1/4 cup sugar, 1 tablespoon cornstarch, 1/2 cup water, and 1/2 cup orange juice.
