  • 1 1/2 packages of ground biscuits
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 2 tablespoons vanilla
  • 2 tablespoons baking powder
  • a pinch of salt
  • Second layer ingredients for the tart:
  • One container of clotted cream (qaimar)
  • 1 packet ready-made whipping cream powder
  • 3 chocolate bars, as available and as desired
  • 3 tablespoons Nutella
  • Method for preparing the second layer:

  • 2 squares of any cream cheese available
  • 1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk

Method

  1. First, whisk the eggs and vanilla, then gradually add the remaining ingredients..... Beat well until everything is fully combined.
  2. Pour the mixture into a tart pan and place it in the oven on the middle rack for about 20 minutes. When the tart is cooked and golden, remove it from the oven and set it aside to cool completely, then turn it out onto a serving plate.

  3. Mix all the ingredients well. Place the chocolate in the microwave for a few minutes until it melts well, then add it to the mixture. Put the mixture in the freezer for about 15 minutes until it firms up well.

  4. Meanwhile, the tart will have cooled completely; add the cream and chocolate mixture on top.
  5. Beat the cream cheese and sweetened condensed milk well and refrigerate until needed. When it is time to serve the tart, pour the third layer over the first and second layers, and use a thin skewer to draw lines as shown in the accompanying picture.
