Start with phase one — preparing the cookie balls: melt the ghee, taking care not to overheat it. In a bowl, combine the melted ghee with the oil, cornstarch, powdered sugar, egg, a dash of vanilla and baking powder and mix. Add the flour in batches and knead until you have a cohesive dough.
