1 and 3/4 cups flour1/2 cup cocoa powder1 and 1/3 cups granulated sugar3 teaspoons baking powder1 cup butter (you can use half butter and half vegetable oil)1 cup warm milk + 1 tablespoon1 tablespoon coffee dissolved in a little water3 eggs1/4 teaspoon salt

Note

We wrote the baking time as 25 minutes because the recipe owner baked it in small trays in order to freeze it later and use it when needed. But if the cake pan is larger, it will take longer to bake through (about 35 to 45 minutes). You should test for doneness before taking it out of the oven.
