Spicy stuffed large fish is one of the easiest fish dishes at all, especially if we want to grill it. The important thing is that the fish is cleaned well, and the rest is easy.

Ingredients:

One large fish, any type you prefer

Stuffing:

Finely chopped fresh cilantro

Minced garlic

Finely chopped hot pepper

Walnuts

Tahini sauce:

Tahini

Lemon juice

Water

A sprinkle of parsley

A little of the prepared stuffing

Preparation method:

After cleaning the fish well and letting it drain from the water, grill or fry the whole fish until it is half cooked only.
Prepare the stuffing: chop the cilantro and pound the garlic with the hot pepper and walnuts a little so they remain coarse, then add the cilantro and mix.
Stuff the half-cooked fish with the stuffing. Leave a little of the stuffing aside to add on top of the tahini sauce.
Prepare the sauce: put tahini in a bowl and add almost the same amount of water, then whisk until the tahini does not clump. Add salt and lemon juice to taste, a sprinkle of parsley, and a little of the previously prepared stuffing, then mix.
Place the stuffed fish in an oven dish and cover it with the sauce we prepared.
Bake until cooked through, without overdoing it so it does not dry out.
Serve the fish immediately after removing it from the oven and garnish as desired.
