3 bunches parsleyhalf a bunch fresh mintor1 tablespoon dried mint5 green onions (scallions)1 large dry (brown) onion3–4 large tomatoesfine bulgur — a very small cup or about 1/4 cupsalt to taste1/2 teaspoon seven-spice (baharat)1 teaspoon ground sumacolive oil3 lemons
